Respect, Accountability & Justice for All.

The foundation of a fair court — built on principles, not empty promises.

Respect, Accountability & Justice for All.

Three principles, drawn from a decade in the courthouse and a career of service. They are not slogans. They are the way Phillip Page intends to do this job, every day, for every case.

01
Respect

Communicate the law.
Build trust in the process.

Everyone seeks respect, and it goes both ways. It takes effort to earn and seconds to destroy.

District Court judges hear the widest variety of cases in the judicial system: misdemeanors such as assault, shoplifting, and DUIs. They also hear all juvenile cases, guardianship and conservatorship, and felony preliminary hearings. The person on the bench needs to communicate the law clearly, explain the process honestly, and treat every person in that courtroom with dignity.

Phillip Page has spent his career doing exactly that. As a Family Court mediator, he facilitated the most difficult conversations families will ever have. As a prosecutor, he has held people accountable while treating them as human beings. As a soldier, he learned that respect is the foundation of trust, and trust is the foundation of everything.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
02
Accountability

Service over self-elevation.
Showing up when called.

Phillip Page believes elected officials are accountable to the people. Period.

As an Eagle Scout, he learned what it meant to be responsible for others. As an active duty soldier deployed to Iraq, he put his life on the line because he believed in being accountable to his fellow citizens. As a lawyer, he has shown up for his clients, his colleagues, and his community for over a decade.

Being a judge is not a retirement plan. It is not a title to collect. It is a calling to serve your community, sacrifice your freedom, and hold yourself to the highest standard every single day.

District Court judges are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phillip Page is available. He lives locally and is ready to answer the call when it comes.

I fight for my community because I care and because I can. Join me.
03
Justice for All

Victims have rights.
The community has rights.

Phillip Page believes everyone deserves to be protected from those who would do harm.

Like many communities, Daviess County has been affected by violence related to guns and drugs. Repeat offenders repeat because they have not addressed the underlying issues driving their behavior. Punishment alone does not solve the problem.

Phillip has spent years working alongside nonprofit organizations, law enforcement, and court programs to understand how communities repair themselves. He has worked in various specialty courts such as Juvenile Drug Court and understands complex issues sometimes require simple solutions. Collaboration amongst community partners, directed by a strong and proven leader, results in everyone receiving justice.

Address the underlying issues. Work toward repair and peace.
